3. Project Deposits

Deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources dedicated to your project. These are clearly stated in our service agreements.

6. Chargebacks

We request that clients contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed and may result in service termination.
